Initial Consultation & Treatment 90min £140

Your initial session is designed to give us the time and space to understand your personal story in depth. During this consultation, I will take a detailed case history, asking questions about your general health, current or previous injuries, and lifestyle habits. Together, we will discuss and determine the treatment that best suits your individual needs.

Following your Initial Consultation & Treatment, you will be offered a complimentary Follow-Up appointment within one week of your first visit. This is provided at no additional cost, as I am committed to closely monitoring your progress and supporting your healing journey beyond the initial session.

Thai Yoga Therapy 90min or 50min

Thai Yoga Therapy is a specialised treatment approach that integrates traditional Thai manual techniques with yoga-based stretches and postural work, combined with the principles of Dermo-Neuro Modulation (DNM), a neuroscience-informed method that focuses on the modulation of the nervous system.

My developed through advanced training in Thailand and clinical experience, this method aims to support musculoskeletal health by improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing postural alignment. The treatment works by stimulating soft tissues, joints and neural pathways to encourage the body’s natural self-regulatory and healing mechanisms.

Sessions are carried out fully clothed on a mat, allowing for safe and controlled movement. The therapy provides both physical and neurological benefits, helping to reduce muscular tension, optimise joint function, and promote a calm, balanced nervous system — contributing to long-term physical and mental wellbeing.

1-2-1 Assisted Stretching 50min

This one-to-one session combines advanced stretching techniques and joint mobilisations inspired by Thai therapeutic methods. The treatment aims to enhance flexibility, increase joint mobility, reduce muscular tension, and improve overall posture and body awareness.

Through carefully guided movements and supported stretches, the body is encouraged to release restriction and restore optimal range of motion. Specific attention is given to major joints — including the hips, shoulders, spine, and ankles — using gentle mobilisation and muscle energy techniques to deepen the therapeutic effect.

This therapy ideal for anyone experiencing chronic stiffness, recovering from injury, postural imbalance, or seeking to improve posture and movement efficiency in daily life.  Assisted Stretching helps maintain musculoskeletal health and promotes a sense of balance, strength, and relaxation throughout the body.

Lymphatic Drainage 50min
Lymphatic drainage can be an effective way to stimulate the immune system, helping to increase the production and circulation of immune cells, such as lymphocytes and macrophages, which can strengthen the immune system and improve overall health.

Lymphatic drainage  offers a holistic approach to relaxation and well-being. Through gentle, rhythmic movements, this therapeutic technique stimulates the flow of lymph, promoting detoxification, reducing swelling, and supporting immune function.

Lymphedema drainage, or lymphatic drainage massage, is an important part of managing lymphedema and swelling after breast surgery for breast cancer, including mastectomy and lumpectomy.

Specialised Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage 50min

Pregnancy and childbirth are probably the most momentous experiences you’ll ever have – and the most physically demanding. Using a blend of soothing techniques, pregnancy massage helps to support you and your baby through those special months.

And, once baby is born, it aids your body’s rapid readjustment and helps you cope with the wonderful new challenge of motherhood.
